The acronym IDES stays for Innovative Dust Extraction System because it identifies a new patented Method to remove paper dust produced during the process of tissue converting.

The System is in a development phase and it is based on an innovative principle which allow to remove dust by creating air currents which favor the dust to pull down and leave the various machines free from the suction boxes installed in the conventional dust extraction Systems.

The dust pulled down is then removed and placed in some devices having relatively small dimensions and installed in precise locations along the converting line: the dust is then removed from these devices and transported to the collection point by means of small pipes and pans much smaller than pipes and fans used in conventional systems.

This system is characterized by a reduced power consumption.
This project is today in a study phase.
